Wireless outdoor curtain-style motion detector with two independent optical sectors — one covering each side of the mount, up to 15 meters per side for 30 meters of total perimeter protection. DualCurtain Outdoor projects two narrow vertical detection planes that trigger only when something crosses the line, leaving people, pets, and vehicles already inside the property untouched. The detector runs Ajax’s ELSA algorithm (Extended Live Signal Analysis) to filter natural interferences — swaying foliage, wind-driven debris, passing wildlife — at multi-stage signal level, so what reaches the hub is a confirmed crossing rather than a false trigger. It pairs with the Ajax Hub 2 over the encrypted Jeweller radio protocol at distances up to 1,200m line-of-sight, runs up to 5 years on four CR123A batteries (with optional 12V external power for permanent installations), and includes anti-masking and tamper protection on the housing. IP54 rated, operates from -25°C to +60°C, mounted on the supplied articulating bracket with per-sector sensitivity adjustment.
