Welcome. These Terms govern your use of tps-uae.com and any purchase of products or services from Tech Park Systems LLC (“TPS”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site, placing an order, or signing up for support, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us
Tech Park Systems LLC is a UAE-registered company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We sell, install, and support smart security and access-control products including Ajax, Tedee, and Parklio systems.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on tps-uae.com. By ordering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under UAE law.
3. Orders & payments
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices are listed in AED and include UAE VAT (5%) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
A purchase contract is formed once we send you order confirmation by email.
4. Shipping & installation
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you when the product is handed to the courier or delivered to your stated address.
For products that include professional installation, we will agree the appointment after delivery. You’re responsible for providing safe site access, electricity, and any structural permissions required by your building or property management.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@tps-uae.com with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation requests are confirmed by email reply.
A 5% administrative fee may apply to cancellations of paid orders to cover payment processing costs.
Once an order is in transit or installation has begun, cancellation is no longer available.
6. Returns & refunds
You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
The following are not refundable:
- Products that have been installed, configured, or paired with an account.
- Products with visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
- Services that have already commenced (installation visits, on-site work, configuration).
To request a return, email support@tps-uae.com with your order number.
7. Warranty
We honour the manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell — typically two years from date of purchase. Some products carry longer warranties; check the product page or packaging for specifics.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic marks, battery aging).
- Damage from misuse, accident, drops, liquids, or extreme temperatures.
- Damage from unauthorised repair, modification, or installation by anyone other than TPS or an authorised partner.
- Damage from natural events (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).
- Products without proof of purchase or with altered/missing serial numbers.
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, or software-related troubleshooting.
To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@tps-uae.com before sending anything back. Most issues are resolved remotely. A diagnostic fee may apply if the product is found to be working correctly or if the issue is outside warranty coverage.
8. Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content without our written permission.
- Use the site for any illegal purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on tps-uae.com — including text, images, logos, product photography, and descriptions — is owned by Tech Park Systems or our suppliers and is protected under UAE and international copyright and trademark law.
Brand names featured on the site (Ajax, Tedee, Parklio, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used under authorised reseller agreements.
You may not link to internal pages of our site, embed our content, or use our branding without prior written consent.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites (manufacturers, app stores, partners). We don’t control these and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
- Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, business interruption, or data loss).
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, or major supply-chain disruption. The affected party will notify the other promptly and resume performance as soon as practicable.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
