Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, cancellations, and refunds work.

Returns

You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-refundable items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Products that have been installed, configured, or paired with an account
  • Products with visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts
  • Services that have already commenced (installation visits, on-site work, configuration)

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@tps-uae.com with at least 48 hours’ notice. A 5% administrative fee may apply to paid orders to cover payment processing. Once an order is in transit or installation has begun, cancellation is no longer available.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, typically two years from date of purchase. Contact support@tps-uae.com before returning anything — most issues are resolved remotely. You can also reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 238 0961.
